Self Pay Pricing
- $250 for the initial psychiatric assessment to bring you into our practice with a 45-60 minute appointment to get to know you, your full medical, surgical and psychiatric history and to evaluate the screening forms you have filled out prior to your appointment.
- Follow up appointments are $150 with a 30 min time slot to discuss any side effects, medication titration, changes in your medical history, ER visits etc.
Follow up appointments are required every 90 days at minimum after your initial appointment to continue your current prescription renewals.
